Terms & Conditions – Clay Water Bottle


1. Product Description

Our clay water bottles are handmade using natural clay. Each piece may have slight variations in color, texture, or size. These variations are natural and not considered defects.


2. Usage Guidelines
 

  • Clay bottles are suitable for cold and mildly hot beverages.

  • Avoid sudden temperature changes (thermal shock) to prevent cracks.

  • Use only water in the bottle. Juices or flavored drinks may cause stains or odors.

  • Clean with plain water and a soft brush. Avoid detergents or harsh chemicals.

     

3. Pricing & Payment
 

  • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

     

4. Shipping & Delivery
 

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery timelines vary by location and courier service.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or natural events
    .

5. Return & Refund Policy
 

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for damaged or defective products.

  • A return request must include photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper cleaning, or thermal shock are not eligible for return.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
     

6. Cancellation Policy
 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
     

7. Breakage / Damage During Shipping
 

  • If the bottle arrives broken, contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos).

  • We will provide a free replacement or full refund.

     

8. Warranty
 

  • Clay products do not carry a long-term warranty due to their fragile nature.

  • Damage caused by falls, impact, or thermal shock is not covered.

     

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by incorrect usage

  • Health issues arising from improper cleaning

  • Losses resulting from delays in delivery

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
